Shipping Policies

We at Pocket O’Posies Perfumerie aim to provide you with items that arrive safely and in a timely manner. We have partnered with the United States Postal Service (USPS) in order to offer you a wide array of affordable and reliable shipping options. Orders placed Tues-Thurs will ship in 1-5 business days, orders placed Fri-Mon will ship in 3-5 business days, and all orders containing 5 or more samples will ship in 3-7 days. No International Shipping.

We will pack your item with shipping bubble wrap and/or shipping paper. If an item is received in a damaged condition please contact us at info@pocketoposies.com. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Pocket O’ Posies Perfumerie will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit or after "delivery." Once the package is handed off to the carrier of your choice, the store has done its part in good faith, and all claims must be handled directly with the carrier and/or your local law enforcement.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. All sales are final, including items purchased as gifts. We encourage customers to take advantage of our sample purchases, in order to choose fragrances that will be good choice.
